But good idea. on electrics

Good concept but poor execution. I like the mounting tabs and the gasket, but other than gluing the terminal block I didn't see any other way to secure it in the box.

Great product for direct burial

I was concerned that the yellow sleeve would not form around the romex wire. When the nut is tightened, the sleeve takes on the shape of a romex, providing a watertight seal.

Easy to get a good seal

I have a double-sided IP68 box, which is far inferior to this device. The connectors on this one are of superior design that offers a better seal and also makes installation easier. Very happy with this device!

Looks weatherproof

I have no idea why two terminal blocks are included. This is a three-way junction box. I'll probably use the standard swivel connectors if there isn't room in the screw holes for two #12 wires and one #14 wire.

Inaccurate description. Much less than advertised.

The questions are wrong. Claimed inside diameter was 5.25 x 4 x 1.25 inches. Those were the outside dimensions. The internal one doesn't even come close to that! The seller must post accurate and complete information about their product. Christmas present for a child before Christmas ๐Ÿ˜ ๐Ÿ˜ ๐Ÿ˜
