Disappointing Brake Upgrade Kit

Using this kit, our team found that the ceramic pads produced too much dust and didn't offer much of an improvement over stock brakes. The drilled and slotted rotors squealed excessively and began to warp prematurely with regular use.

Good business! on brake kits

Bought a few months ago. They were pretty easy to put on. They didn't come with brake pad lube so I'd recommend getting that and some brake cleaner before you start. The pads and rotors are great for my car and are less than half the price I expected. Definitely a lot!

Dirty and dusty, see my update!

I ordered this kit for my wife's 1998 Mustang GT and it arrived within 3 days. I think I live near a warehouse! I forgot I upgraded the calipers on 2000 models and although the rotors were the same the pads didn't match. It would have cost me $35 to return the kit so I just swallowed the bullet and bought the correct pads for about the same $35 price. The rims look great but the silver paint on the rotor hubs will come off with brake cleaner so be careful. Also, the rotors are side dependent…
