🚗 Power Stop K4400 Z23 Carbon Fiber Brake Pads with Drilled & Slotted Brake Rotors Kit - Front and Rear Review

The K4400 kit will only fit Corvettes with a Z51 brake pack, not the standard C6 Corvette. This kit is stock, but you will need other caliper brackets that GM no longer makes and are almost impossible to find. The standard Corvette requires the K1418 kit.

They go just like OEM. The cushion lapping process is quite a lot of fun. The car stops as it should and does so fairly gently. The only "minus" is the loss of NCRS points if the judge sees a different hole pattern. But I got the car to drive, not to attend NCRS events. :D

These brake pads are great. Disc since I switched to these pads about two months ago I've only washed the car twice. I don't have any visible Brake Dust Ever Braking performance is generally the same as GM pads without all the dust.

I can't say I'm completely satisfied with the rear rotors for the Z51 C6 Corvette. The trajectory of the pads doesn't completely encircle the rotor and isn't centered, so it looks ridiculous. My guess is that Power Stop uses a common rotor design across multiple vehicles and this is the result. I admit the fronts look sexy. Another thing I noticed is that there are fewer slots/holes than the product images show. There are only 4 per rotor. No big deal, just a little different from the stock…
