If you ride a lot and want to use your bike for a while, buy a K&N air filter. You can wash them, spray some oil on them, put them back in and ride again. I clean mine with every oil change.

I have a 2013 Kawasaki ninja zx6r 636 and I installed it after 20000 miles and this matter is important. Don't know how people say they have 1mpg nicrease. I don't know how you could even tell, but my average used to be 38-39, but now I'm in the 45-47 range with this thing, and I'm riding aggressively, which is cool. Speed up def boss. I felt like this thing was like a vacuum and just sucks in all the air that goes through it, increasing the rate of acceleration by another ton.

Installing the 2019 zx-6r was simple and straightforward. Response time or acceleration not tested. quite a fast bike. 😂

Installed on my 2012 ZX6R. It was a pretty easy install, but I had to remove the gas tank, steering stabilizer and injector. Not a big deal, but a bit of work for the air filter.

I don't plan to set it up. Fits well, I wasn't expecting a performance increase, just wanted to swap out the OEM filter and it sounded like a good deal (I could use it forever). As for the performance increase, I'm not sure. But it makes the air intake more aggressive, you can feel and hear that. The bike got a little louder.
