Well built. There are a few offerings that cost a little less money, but this one doesn't have a 45-mile warning. What I also like is that only a small amount of overall height is added as the bar attached to the drawbar has only moderate travel, the other posts have a much higher upward angle resulting in additional height for lifting bikes.

I didn't want to spend too much money on a bike rack and this seemed like the lowest price ever for top reviews. It appears to be well made and attaches securely to my 2" Tacoma receiver bike rack. The adjustable platform fits snugly enough to the wheels that there is no side-to-side movement. There are no locking mechanisms, but that's at this price point to be expected, besides, if someone needs your bike, they'll take it anyway.

The clutch itself seems good, although the instructions leave something to be desired. Just one thing: DO NOT BUY the extra padlock that Revain comes with in the box. #1 does not fit this point. - Band is too big. #2 The lock itself is not worth it. We did it in 20 seconds and the worst - the lock is irrevocable which was NOT specified when ordering. So now I'm stuck with a completely useless lock. Only gave $15 but was still upset and very disappointed with the refund policy.

This stand is a little wobbly but overall solid and reliable. I have trouble swapping out my own wipers and had no trouble assembling them. This took about half an hour. The directions were helpful and easy to follow. I fitted this on a Jeep Wrangler with a full size replacement on the rear. I don't think two bikes will fit (edit: they will fit). Good. A great bike rack for the money. BUT. the instructions were a bit vague. I put it back together and after a week I realized it wasn't and I put it back together and everything was fine. But there was a bit of "rocking" back and forth, like riding a bike in a luggage rack. I examined it and found that the problem was in the pin system that you screw into the hole in the receiver.
