Great for gluten free challah

I made a great loaf of gluten free challah in this pan. I took the bread out about 10 minutes early and flipped it onto the baking sheet before brushing the egg on it. Back to the oven. The result: a shiny loaf of gluten-free challah. The pan is easy to clean with soapy water.

Beautiful bread fits in bread pans

I am very impressed with the Kaiser La Forme pans. They are made in Germany and the quality is very evident. I bake bread at home almost every day, so I try a lot of recipes. I'm tired of seeing the same bread over and over again. I have a lot of Nordic Ware (USA) pans and will probably buy more, but my first look is Kaiser. I can do many things, but weaving bread is not one of them. I can do really ugly pigtails. The pan will give you a braided look, but to me it's obviously just a shape. It's

Use this Rum Baba Pan for Jewish New Year celebrations

Use La Forme's wicker bread pan to create a spectacular custom Rum Baba for Jewish New Year celebrations. I was asked to create an impressive apple and honey dessert cake for the Jewish New Year. I thought it would be fun to make a cake that looks like traditional braided challah bread but is clearly a dessert.
