Accurate and efficient marker.

Excellent marking gauge. Leaves a clean and deep mark along and across the grain. The simple design is easy to install and quick to set up. Seems a bit pricey but it works well and is always a good buy for me. I like the simplicity of the design. I would recommend this product to any woodworker, carpenter or DIY enthusiast.

100% functional and worth the money.

I use this when I need the exact start and end of a measurement. Like dovetails and continuous grooves. Of course, it works well for all uses and is constantly in my hand. It is worth the price and the blades are very easy to care for. If you need a second sensor to save your settings then this is definitely worth a look and is a very good first sensor.

Pros
  • JAPANESE WOODWORKING TOOL: The wooden body is made of natural bamboo, which is comfortable to hold. It is also lightweight and easy to use. All KAKURI products are handmade in Japan by Japanese artisans.
Cons
  • Crumpled

Easier to set up than kebab skewers.

This is a good tool, I use it a lot more than I expected. It has proven amazing for cutting the same strips of corrugated cardboard I use for models and prototypes, as well as splitting thin strips of wood along the grain, one of the first uses for them. You make repeated cuts on both sides with the same original edge and then break the wood along the cut line. The resulting edge will need some planing to clean it up, but is very effective on softwoods, perhaps up to 1/4 inch thick. Knife line,

Pros
  • CUTTING EDGE FOR STORAGE: When not in use, the blade can be stored in the wooden box. This is a safe carpenter's tool. Convenient to carry and store.
