Very Professional and Detailed Survey Program

I like that their surveyors are very professional in taking surveys as well being extremely detail oriented with everything they do at work/school related to reputations of different subjects! Great Tool For Marketing Research & Competitor Analysis

I like that it shows you where your reputation stands with other companies in terms of customer satisfaction as well how customers perceive their own reputations within each business category (eCommerce/brick-and mortar). It also includes surveys which are very useful for determining what future marketing campaigns should be targeting to improve my results! Great resource and very easy website navigability

I like that they give you all of your metrics in one place to see if any are trending negatively or positively for an organization as well their market share breakdowns by segment/demographic category - this was really helpful! They also provide some great tools (like heatmaps) so it helps make sense out what areas need attention with regards customer service issues etc.. There aren't many options within my industry but we're expanding into other industries now which makes me excited about…
