My set is perfect, quality control was excellent. These are really good racks, very low and easy to assemble. Contrary to some reviews, you can definitely fill it with sand. Simply seal the cable hole under the base plate with a double layer of Gorilla Tape and then attach the posts to the base. These are pretty nice coasters, but with a few minor issues. First, they have attractive, clean lines and a good weight to keep them in place.
