KAPVOE Photochromic Cycling Sunglasses for Men and Women - MTB Mountain Bike Bicycle Review

I was looking for lightweight sunglasses that would allow me to see the trail in the shade of the trees. These glasses do just that! They're not as dark as my regular sunglasses, but they change tint enough to block out harsh daylight and allow me to still see the trail as I dive into and out of the forest shadows. Very happy with the purchase. Wouldn't mind if they got rid of the small central vertical bar (reminds me of Opti-Grab)

These goggles were purchased strictly as motorcycle goggles. They are large so they cover more of the eye area. This gives me great protection from bugs and wind. Photochromic lenses work well, although they don't darken much. I like them because I can use them at night too. They are light and appear well built. I rode them about 60 miles on my motorcycle at speeds up to 70 mph. They work very well for what I wanted. They also fit when I wear a helmet. I recommend these glasses.

I often drive for several hours early in the morning, so my drives start in total darkness and end in bright sunlight. So if I put on glasses with clear lenses in the morning, my eyes will not fall victim to the bright sun for an hour. Or vice versa, if I start with sunglasses, I can't see the road in the morning, which is a problem. These glasses fix both situations for me. My husband and I bought these sunglasses - he has the black frame and I have the multicolored frame - and we love them. These are amazing cycling/sports sunglasses for the money. Very important. My husband was tired of breaking his expensive Oakleys and a friend recommended them to him. These shades are perfect and comfortable. Not the best glasses if you really want self-tinting glasses with changing tints. However, if that's not a problem for you, that's fine. Style is very subjective, you may or may not like it. But I bought clear lenses for MTB (a lot of riding in the shade) but when you get back in the sun I wanted to reduce the sun a bit. They don't offer much shade from the sun. Yes, there is a slight color difference when you hold them in the sun, but your eyes won't feel it. I've seen a SMITH demo where…

I compare these glasses to quite expensive glasses and they are absolutely worth the money. I will buy more. The only thing I still don't know after 6-8 rides is how scratch resistant they are - no scratches yet, although I've gotten pretty good at not hitting my glasses. Visually they are great.
