Was a gift. For me I probably wouldn't buy it because of the price. I'm very glad I got this. I've been using a steam mop on the floor weekly or bi-weekly for about 8 years. (perhaps the steam cleaner is worn out) Supplemented by washing hands and knees if the grout is not washed off. The steam mop left the floor sticky or streaky. I eventually found that the vinegar spray on the floor helped initially. Although the steam cleaner was still not clean enough. I will no longer wet mop the floor. I
