LOVE IT!: Ladders

Love love love this ladder. I work on my house (9 foot ceilings) most of the time. Hanging wallpaper, changing lightbulbs, etc. is SO convenient with this ladder.

Cons
  • Protection

Not too happy for building materials

I like the product but after 2 weeks of waiting I didn't like the condition in which I received it. It was supposed to come in a box but to my surprise I received it with the box open and all the loose nuts, bolts and small parts inside! Very disappointed

Pros
  • Easy to read control panel
Cons
  • Not happy with everything

Very heavy ladder! best in Stairs

This ladder is very well made and durable. Assembling and setting up is no problem. It will make my life at height in a camper van so much easier! Free shipping for such a huge and heavy item is amazing! What great value!

Pros
  • Easy installation
Cons
  • There are some nuances

It looks like a big ladder.

It looks like a great ladder. However, it was partially assembled, without instructions and with various scratches in the paint. Obviously a used product is sold as new. We're using a ladder, but we're still not sure if we're collecting the point correctly.

Pros
  • Annual trial period
Cons
  • The list will be long.

Try something different

Looks great but delivered horribly. No box and multiple parts. It may have been wrapped in shrink wrap at one time. Everything was frayed and bent to the point where wear and tear would fit properly. The paint has peeled off. I decided to send it back and UPS charged me $30 for the box because you can't ship without the box. How did he get to my front door without a single IDK? That is my experience.

Pros
  • Free for educational purposes
Cons
  • Speed

Very strong ladder for building materials

This ladder makes a very high quality and durable impression. I feel safe when climbing. I weigh 460 pounds and feel confident using it. I'm taking off a star for "easy assembly". There are some areas in the guide that could be clearer as it took a lot of analysis and logic on my part to figure out the correct procedure. I appreciated that it was pretty much assembled when it arrived. I didn't have much to do.

Pros
  • price
Cons
  • repair

Great investment for us.

My husband just turned 72. He has diabetes and the nerves in his legs are numb. He loses his balance from time to time, but still insists on climbing the ladder to store things on high shelves in the garage. I saw a roller ladder in the store and thought it would be perfect for him. Now he can reach high shelves and even roll a ladder out of the garage to clean gutters or change porch lights. Now I'm not worried about him. Handrails make it easier for him and wide steps make him much safer!

Pros
  • Great design
Cons
  • I will add later

Wheels not included

I read several reviews before purchasing two of these ladders. Most mentioned a poorly delivered product. Spring. BOTH (sent to two different addresses) The stairs I ordered fell apart. Both also lacked any equipment. No wheels, no screws and no instructions. I ordered two which should be exactly the same. One even lacked the pilot holes needed to attach the railing. After drilling everything myself, I ended up buying similar bots and wheels from Homedepot just to get things going. Suspension…

Pros
  • Best in Niche
Cons
  • Will be made
