It says you can cut these down for women’s sizes, but it is difficult and poorly marked; not worth the effort. These insoles are average at best. They are a tad warmer but the support they give is minimal.!

I have Raynaud's syndrome and have had a lot of struggles with losing circulation to my fingers and toes. I tried them on their own and they help fairly well. And then because my boots have ample room after taking the original insoles out I put these over a pair of wool insoles. They are easy to remove for drying and easy to put back in. Used these to replace the worn out, paper thin insoles in my Bean duck boots. They are much warmer and provide good insulation from the cold ground being transmitted through the sole of the boot. The only caveat is that since they are thicker the the insoles that come with the boot, they will make the boot a little more snug. I recommend trying them for any winter or work boots that spend a lot of time out in the cold.

I desperately needed new insoles for my work boots. I'm a surveyor by trade but often operate a vac truck, digging holes in the winter mud. Warm feet are a necessity in my trade. I bought these thinking "haha! Yeah ok. My feet have been cold for years now." I was pleasantly surprised by these insoles. I can't speak for the longevity of these, but they absolutely do keep my feet warm on those miserable cold days.

They are worth the money and definitely make a difference but if it’s colder than 50F I would get something better, Also if you have a little wiggle room In your shoes/boots these make the fit nice and snug. Good buy overall.

Used in canvas sneakers to protect in colder weather. These work great. Tried others that did not work as well. Item just arrived today and the item''s package was previously cut open. I did not order a damage item..
