I have never used this product like this. After reading a bit on the packaging, I understand that they last quite a long time. Actually a year. I rummaged through a few beeswax wraps before settling on these. I haven't tried the others so nothing to compare other than the traditional cling film. One thing I found really annoying is that it's very difficult to find these packs in really useful sizes. The small size here is suitable for a mug, medium for a bowl and large can be a small/medium sized saucepan but not a dinner plate.
