The design of the comb is good in all but one respect. Usually it is a small crest and very short. My wife, for whom this is intended, is 5ft 7in, medium height with medium sized hands and this comb generally feels a bit small in her hands. She told me not to return it but we will not buy it again.

I chose this comb over similar combs that cost a lot less because I love 'nice' things like homemade combs. This comb arrived very well packaged - it is in a holder shaped like a comb and then the entire assembly is in a box that fits snugly around the assembly. The company didn't have to be so careful as the comb must have been scratched before packaging. It has a carefully polished surface with a million tiny scratches, so an item that should look really nice ends up looking pretty ruined…

Usergirl. Works great on my very thick shoulder length hair. I've definitely noticed that the amount of broken hair and split ends has decreased since I ditched the cheap shaped comb I've been using for a decade. The only drawback is the durability. I've tried Kent and Mason Pierson combs and the handle on both broke after about a year. So if you don't mind annual replacements, I would definitely recommend this comb.

Excellent comb for thick hair. I have long hair that is a bit heavy even though it is straight. Most brushes can't get through my hair without breaking, especially when wet. For me, this comb works very well. If you have a feathery style, this comb is great for parting hair for blending. Ordinary combs make hair look too flat if you get my meaning.

The name says it all. Just read the description and see the tooth size of this Kent comb. If you find that this is what you are looking for, most likely 90% it is. Heck, everyone's facial hair is different and people have different styles or combing preferences, and I've bought combs that I don't really like. However, I don't think this will be one of them! They had a cool black version but I got the standard tortoise shell. Kentic classic!

I've always used cheap combs but now that my beard is getting closer to 6 inches it's looking worse every day. I was so close to getting it trimmed but decided to try a quality comb first and wow! The IRS blows my mind how a comb like this can work so much better than the cheap ones! I've always hated my mustaches but now that I'm using this comb they look amazing! Great quality as with all Kent combs but I cannot recommend this particular model. This comb's teeth have a square profile, which might suit someone with fine hair who needs daily conditioning of their hair, but definitely not for my thick, curly mane. The comb cannot cope with even minimal tangles and loves to break hair.
