Kenwood decided to get rid of their customer base through terrible customer service

I run 81 Kenwood TK Series radios which are no longer manufactured so I bought 2 NX radios which I am looking for in exchange against Motorola will be sending back radios which we will switch to in due course. Kenwood advertises these radios as having wireless cloning, but actually they DO NOT! Also, in order to have this function, Kenwood will NO longer sell programming software to customers. Some features can be programmed with up to 5,000 key presses per radio, but features such as voice…
