They fit my, Mr Buddy contractor heater just fine.

Nice replacement, my heater is working fine. After putting the filters in I readjusted fuel, I have heat again. The filter kit needs to be cleaned or replaced regularly to maintain optimal performance of the heater. This can be a time-consuming and messy process, which could be a hassle for some customers.

Pros
  • Worked as intended.
Cons

Inaccurate pictures of the fuel filters

The pictures show that it comes with two different fuel filters an inline and a long one that can go on the end mine only came with one the inline and of course I needed the other. Everything else looks to be of good quality fair price but include what your pictures show you're going to include Don't bait and switch.

Pros
  • Just what was needed. 5/5
Cons
  • Limited compatibility

Mr Heater back to normal ops!

The old fuel filter was in bad shape. Unit would run 8-10 mins and shut down. Used this kit to replace all filters supplied. Heater unit works great now. Getting the old fuel filter out was tough. It had "swelled” up a bit over the years.

Pros
  • good
Cons
  • Potential health hazards

Mr. Heater filter kit

Very cost effective way to do the annual preventive maintenance required to keep your heater operating correctly, safely and efficiently.

Pros
  • Good replacement will buy more
Cons
  • Despite being a necessary component of the heater, the filter kit is relatively expensive to purchase as a replacement part. This could be a financial burden for individuals who need to replace it frequently

Easy to install, super effective, all for a reasonable cost.

My heater was blowing tons of smoke until I installed the filter kit. It was showing a flame detection error, so I decided to replace the flame sensor as well. Heater runs great now, with very little investment and it took next to no time to install all filter components and flame sensor. Well worth it.

Pros
  • Fit and works just as expected.
Cons
  • There is always the risk that the filter kit may not be able to trap all of the particulate matter or contaminants that are present in the air. This could reduce the overall effectiveness of the heater and potentially expose users to harmful pollutants
