This pump serves its purpose. The pieces are a little tricky to put together - both with each other and with items to fill. I like the flexible hose and the on/off switch on the handle. It would be nice to have a reusable bag or box, it's kind of a finishing touch to put all the parts and the pump back in the original packaging. And it's going to be HOT.

This is my fifth pump. I bought a manual, car battery connector, cigarette lighter connector and also a Duracell type A battery size. As long as it's a working pump. I see other families on the river with these. You just have to make sure you're near an outlet. Last time I inflated the raft in the public toilet closest to the river. This confused many of the men at the urinal. Just bowed my head.

Pretty cool unit but mine broke right away because the hose that attaches to the unit has to be twisted the opposite way into the unit and it's kind of a jerk system comes out easily and it is impossible to reinstall it enough to keep it indoors. Since the tubing has to be connected to the receiver inside, you can't even secure it with tape or zip ties. Bad reason as the blower seemed fine.

. So I research before I buy. I've researched literally every living electric air pump fire and now know everything from watts to pounds per square inch. I finally settled on this model mainly because I'm running out of research lol. Luckily it paid off. This little pup has a punch. I inflated a 2 1/2 person Intex rapids with an inflatable ice box in seconds. They say 3 minutes but it was quicker than they advertised. The same goes for deflation!
