Obviously someone has bought this before. And that's okay. but they sent it to us dirty. rough. wet stains, coffee stains. It was rude so we returned it ourselves

I like the nice color of this coffee machine. Looks great in my cafe. Very easy to use. I live alone and can make 4 cups of coffee without adding water.

It was a big guessing game how big a pot to make every morning. Rarely have we had the quantity we needed. We either drank too much and threw it away, or we wanted another cup, disappointed to find the pot was empty. Kuerig was a great solution to this problem. We love ours.

Purchased in March of this year. Item is no longer sold by Keurig. Ours started shooting hot water and steam in all directions, but climbed in and missed the electronics. Keurig is trying to replace it with a smaller model than the one we bought and it doesn't have the features we wanted. Do not buy. Unless you get a guarantee through GB h from someone other than them.

The Keurig itself is an excellent colour. But the seals on the box were broken, there was water in the tank, coffee stains on most machines, and all the instructions and documents were unpacked. The description on the item sounds plausible but be careful when you get the car as apparently it can be used or repaired. I was able to get a response from Lifestyle by Focus and they agreed to a full refund for this condition.
