Works great on a 2008 Ford Ranger

I bought these keys and had them cut at my local hardware store for free. I took them to a Ford dealership and they programmed both for only $40. They work perfectly and now I no longer have the risk of not being able to start my truck or being blocked. The fit and finish is very close to the original Ford key and unless you've looked closely you might even think they're the same (they don't have the Ford logo though). If I ever need to buy additional keys I will choose them. I am happy with my

These buttons work, but programming instructions are received via chat.

I needed a new key for my car because one of the old ones broke and couldn't get to my keychain. I ordered these parts and was completely satisfied. I took the new keys to a locksmith to have them cut to match my old ones. Note: The instruction card included with the keys links to a website with instructions on how to program the remote key. Go to CHAT and ask for key programming instructions. It took longer to print and read the instructions than to program two keys - maybe a minute. Bothโ€ฆ

Only one key worked to start the car.

I got two of these, but after cutting the keys I managed to program only one of them into the car - the second opens all the doors and turns the ignition and Da that If the car doesn't recognize the key, it won't turn. My guess is that there is either a defective transponder in the key or the wrong transponder is in it (not visible from the outside - not visible from the outside and both keys look the same). As the cost of cutting even one key exceeds the price of both blanks it's not worthโ€ฆ

keys work! Easy to program!

I bought these two keys for my 2010 Ford F350 because both of my original lanyards broke. I cut the keys at the local hardware store and programmed them in the parking lot! Watch my video to see how easy it is to program these keys using both original keys. I highly recommend them! You must program each of these keys separately. After programming the first, repeat the process with the second. Turn the original keys in the ignition to the "on" (not "start") position, leave it on for a fewโ€ฆ

Don't go to the dealer

My mother only had one working key for her 1997 Ford Expedition, instead of going to the Ford dealer for a replacement I ordered this and asked the locksmith to replace it easy to cut it . I program the buttons myself, it was pretty easy. If you compare the original key with this one, it will be a little longer, but it will work. Now she has plenty of spare parts in case she loses one of them. To program, insert the original key (working key) into the ignition and turn it on, but do not startโ€ฆ

They work with a 2013 Ford F150

I bought two FOB keys on ebay with bad transponders and the seller did not refund the money. The retailer couldn't even program these keyfobs. So I bought these keys, removed the transponders and replaced them with FOB keys, so now I have working FOB keys. So while I have not cut or used these keys, all these transponder chip keys have is the fact that the transponders work. Do It Yourself Programming into the vehicle is easy but requires two working 'master keys' which you should already have.

Worked the first time, made her an ace for $3.

Worked EXCELLENT the first time. Mobile locksmith messed up PATS on my car, I used to have 2 bad remote control keys that couldn't be programmed by Revain then bought these. This guy wanted to tell me the dash was faulty (that's where the PATS for my particular car was). I obtained the FORSCAN license, reinitialized the original key and added these two with no problems. FYI: The keys were carved on my local Ace hardware. Only $3 for one in my area, no one made fun of it or anything. When inโ€ฆ

Correct button and function Once programmed into my 2007 F150

As advertised both fit and can be programmed into my 2007 F150. Programming my F150 to accept these keys was easy (as long as you have 2 working keys to complete the programming sequence). The only problem was finding a brick and mortar fitter to cut them. Most auto mechanics are mobile-only โ€” they charge around $80 to come to your house and cut the keys. Happy. My Ford dealer was willing to cut keys without charging $100+ programming fees. First they called me on the phone for $15 for a keyโ€ฆ
