First they were a day late then I realized the batteries in both remote controls are dead so now I have to buy new batteries to program them.

I bought two of these keys, I paid a locksmith to cut the key for mine and program the chip on my 2010 Ford truck, they don't program the chips, he has tried the key on two different ford vehicles these keys are said to be programmed for and they do not work, now i have paid a locksmith to program the keys which do not work as advertised. Don't buy this.

I would like to start by saying that the reason for the 3 star rating is not the product. More like quality control.
