I've carved keys on Ace hardware for $20 each. You have to program them to actually start the car. You need to buy a programmer or find someone with one. We had the keys programmed and both start the car perfectly. Much cheaper than buying from a dealer.

The middle part of the key is too thick, has 1 slot and doesn't fit in the door key slot. Waste of money for cutting and return shipping, which is also too high. USPS postage for a 2 ounce package should be $0.70 but the seller charges $3.42.
