Comes with a nice "Customer Service" tag and serial number. Warning, you will never end up in customer service. This leads you to telemarketing which you cannot refuse except by hanging up. At least no customer support. I ordered two identical keychains. the other not. There is no other way to get a replacement other than return it through Revain and buy another one.

Very happy with this purchase! It was easy to program and the whole process only took a few minutes. This includes opening and closing a door, inserting, removing and turning a key, and pressing a few buttons. You can do this yourself, but I recommend having one person read the steps out loud and another follow them just to make things easier. I only gave 4 stars instead of 5 because I had to program it 4 times. I read all the online instructions but it still didn't work. The key step was to hold the lock and unlock buttons AT THE SAME TIME and then press the lock button. Watching this video first and then following the instructions certainly helped.
