Quality product at a great price

2004 Sienna Key and Keypad Set Lost. My more responsible wife still had the original set of keys. Because of the age of the car, I didn't want to pay €150 for a replacement. I ordered a new ignition key and fob through Revain Prime. Carved a new key at Home Depot by copying the original key. That gave me a new key that could turn the starter on, but inherently it wouldn't start the car. The newly cut key requires chip programming to start the car. I programmed a new key and remote in a Home…

Works on Toyota Sequoia 2006!

We just bought a used 2006 Toyota Sequoia Limited and of course it only had one key. I took this to the local Ace hardware store to have it cut and they were reluctant to do it due to concerns about liability since I hadn't bought it from them. I once assured the seller that I only paid $9 for the key here at Revain and that I wouldn't be upset if they ruined it, they cut it for me. Is free. As soon as I got home I looked everywhere for the right sequence to program it. I've seen many different

Pros
  • This key needs to be cut and programmed at the dealer or auto repair shop.
Cons
  • Amazing piggy bank

EASY SELF PROGRAMMING - WORKS GREAT

Need an extra key for 2005 Toyota Sienna. Ordered a matching Revain 4D-67 transponder key for $8.95. As already mentioned, the key received did not contain a transponder chip for checkpoints. Decided to program the blank before cutting in case the programming fails and you want to return the key for a refund. However, it was easy to program myself on the first try by following these steps (according to internet research): (1) driver's side door closed; (2) Quickly put the master key into the…

  • Satisfied so far

Includes transponder chip

This blank key fits my 2004 Toyota Sequoia. I had a little problem with the cutting. The local locksmith said the key was junk and probably didn't have a chip. I asked him to test it and to his surprise he registered the "point" version chip as the description says. He was still reluctant to cut the key but I told him I took full responsibility for whether it worked or not. He warned me that the key shell might not last as long as an OEM blank key and that the chip is unlikely to be removable…

Pros
  • Decent performance
Cons
  • Definitely bad product

Sounds stupid, but it WORKS!

This is a great solution to get another smart key. (NOTE: This only works if you programmed an original "master" key (we keep one in the safe), it worked on my 2005 Highlander. I have not tried another spare key). My solution was to buy a plain door key, open the plastic cover and take out the metal key, do the same for this key, it locks. Be careful not to lose the gray chips, they might fall out. Use the drill to clean the hole where the key is attached and remove it. Cut or grind the cut key

  • Easy Installation
