Very well made and works great. The fan head moves up and down and, in addition to oscillation, is also adjustable from left to right. You really have to adjust to what you need. Fan speed is as advertised and you get a decent breeze at high speed considering it's a battery powered fan. I turned on the high speed fan video while hesitating and it's pretty quiet. This fan works well, the clip is solid and the oscillation function is amazing, but at three times the price it doesn't move more air than a fan. Holmes branded desktop fans are $9 less at Walmart. So the price here covers the clamp, the vibration and the big battery, and while I haven't seen them face to face, the small Holmes fan lasts longer than you think, so if you're just looking for a desktop fan, I'm not sure if it's worth it.
