Good value for money

This will be a good starter kit once it comes out. In the meantime, within two months of delivery, I ordered and made a few other sets from small shops and learned a lot. This is a good kit for beginners: basic stitches, instructions, needles, needle threader, decent scissors, embroidery hoop, regular fabric, thread. cheap, nice to have a numbered thread card. Beginners beware: cute pattern but instructions in a different language

That's fine for what you're paying for, but there are a few things to keep in mind. First, the instructions are in Chinese, so if you're a beginner like me, you can struggle. I used the wrong number of threads before guessing what the instructions said. (If this is your first embroidery project I would not recommend this kit.) The frame is not the best. It's plastic, not wood, and it can be a little tricky to fit a pattern in and adjust it so it's centered. The pattern also comes with scissors,

Fun and cheap but lacks good instructions

I'm an experienced handyman so it didn't bother me and probably won't bother anyone except true beginners but there weren't enough good instructions. Very beautiful! Funny crafts for a creative gift

I ordered the "Girl, you are the boss” scheme to make it for a friend and I really liked the result. Personally, I have good sewing experience, but I think someone who is a beginner can handle it if you take the time to learn stitches. The nice thing is that while it's so decorative, there are actually only 3-4 different stitches, so you'll get plenty of practice with them!
