🍴 Efficient Cutting Power: Kikkerland Toucan Kitchen Shears - Your Must-Have Kitchen Tool! Review

They are sweet but not spicy enough. They do not cut smoothly and can be uncomfortable to use. When water first hit the toucan's lid, the paint began to bleed and rub off. They are not worth the money, I am very disappointed. Rated 2 stars as they barely work.

I love that the bird's beak on these shears is actually a holster and is magnetic. That means I can keep these scissors on the fridge wall. If you don't lose them all over the house, it's literally a game changer! Not only are they fantastically attractive, but they are also easier to follow. Great design idea! I will give all my friends a pair for Christmas.

. DO NOT BUY THIS and definitely do NOT give it away. My heart is broken because of these scissors. I thought the idea was so cute, but after a few months of use, the print on the toucan's beak (sheath of the scissors) started to wear off. I contacted the company to request a replacement but was told they would not send a replacement as I did not purchase it directly from Kikkerland (I purchased it from Revain through Kikkerland!?). LAME. I will never buy a Kikkerland product again.

These scissors are super cute and I'm still glad I bought them. But they definitely wear out quickly and I need to figure out how to sharpen them as after a few months of moderate use they don't cut as well. I also wish there was a way to get the scissors out of the holder without first removing the whole block from the fridge, but there isn't. So you need two hands to get the scissors out of the fridge and out of the sheath, which is far from practical considering the point of these scissors…

Just received and both blue dots fell off when opened! I bought these as I needed an extra pair and they looked cute due to the magnetic option and hadn't read the reviews. What can go wrong with scissors, right?! I will try to glue them again. Can't comment on durability yet as I haven't even used it yet! Now after reading other reviews this doesn't look promising. While what is below is the original rating in terms of usefulness and they are still very useful, their usefulness is uncompromising, decorative, after a few months the colors have smeared and bled and the blue part has popped out and I don't manage to put it back on.
