Seems to be working fine!

Installation went smoothly, thermostat looks good and works well. Putting the shrink wrap over the thumb throttle is a little awkward, but I can't think of a better "universal" way to do it.

Pros
  • Only positive result
Cons
  • Almost everything is ok

Works very well on motorcycles and strength sports

The electrical connectors had eyelets on the ends and the wires were long enough that I connected them directly to the battery. You just have to remember to close the heated grips when you turn off the machine or your battery will quickly drain.

Pros
  • Many will do
Cons
  • weak

Great handles... down to the installation.

Comfortable to hold. They don't get very hot, which I like. 7/8 bars should be a problem. You literally have to beat the piss out of them to put them on. Installation aside, they are definitely a 5 star item.

Pros
  • Cool
Cons
  • Functional

You will not be disappointed

Installation was easy. The thumb warmer isn't that bad, I'm only saying that because it takes some time to route the cords to the power source, just like hand warmers. The whole job could take anywhere from half an hour to forty-five minutes. I would recommend these pens and thumb warmer though, they are worth the money.

Pros
  • Good product for the price
Cons
  • Great price

Good pens. Heating when shutting down.

So I put her on a Honda Rancher 350 ES. The assembly went smoothly and they matched the bars well. I connected everything and went to test. That's when I ran into problems. The left handle doesn't get hot at all. The thumb throttle is hot even with the knob set low. However, the biggest problem occurs even when the watch face is off. You still get energy and heat up. Luckily I went for a walk about half an hour after the installation was complete. That's how I found the right grip and the gas…

It seems great. Best in Motorcycles and Strength Sports

Haven't had a chance to take them outside yet but they keep you warm so that should help. The hardest part of the installation was taking the handles off. What finally worked was slipping the screwdriver through the end between the handle and the shaft and twisting it until the handle came loose from the shaft. Really very easy and didn't damage the clutch. I had to sand one of the ends of the bar to remove any glue residue that was preventing the new grip from sliding. Anyway, pretty simple…

  • Free for educational purposes
Cons
  • Appearance

Well, I've been using Tusk hand warmers on my ATVs for years, but you can't find them at an ATM. After doing a little research and looking at all the options, I settled on this one. One of the things that made me go down this route was that they have rotary knob heat control instead of an electric knob. Which I had rotted on two sets of Tusk hand warmers. What I also initially liked was that they weren't made in China. Chinese hand warmers never last long and are rubbish. They are made in…
