I'll update if customer support is good but it doesn't pair with bluetooth devices by default. I followed the instructions on the box as well as on their website. I tried pairing with 2 different batteries (both tests are good) and using 3 different devices. iPhone, iPad and Samsung Galaxy Tab. As of June 17, 2019, this treadmill has had mixed feelings. Setup is generally quick and intuitive. I have a Felt AR-5 and I do NOT need a thru axle as it was already provided by Kinetic. Kinetic InRide Sensor 3 turned on and installed was causing problems. It is read into the Kinetic mobile app and calibrated, but when it was plugged into the Zwift mobile app and calibrated, my racer avatar fell far short of the other racers.
