Item is fine but the only reason I received it was because someone who lives in the same building as me but lives on a different street took the time to bring it to my house and presented it to me.

The product is fine but the only reason I received it was because a person who lives in the same house as me but lives on a different street, found time to bring it to my house and give it to me.

There is a sticky strip of tape on the label on the plate which does not peel off well. It's left a sticky residue and I don't know how to remove it without damaging the board. Now I don't have a smooth surface to draw on. That's the whole point of the drawing board, so it's useless to me now.

One of the metal clips was not properly attached when delivered. We arranged a return but they wanted us to pay for the return shipping - due to a manufacturing defect. I texted them and a few days later they sent back the usual 'would you like a replacement' email for which we still had to pay the postage. It's like they didn't read my post at all. I wrote to them again. The problem has not yet been resolved.
