If it were more expensive it would be a 4 or 3. But for the price it's a 5. That's really all there is to say about it. These fans are fairly quiet, although not the quietest I've heard. They also seem to have poor quality control as one of the wires was missing 1cm of insulation along the length of the cable. You don't need to do good quality control as this is how it's shipped. I was concerned that the blades would scratch the case if either of them were in the "intake" position, but don't worry, the fans have enough room to be let in or out.
