The power supply is not included!

This product did NOT come with the 12V power adapter described in the product description. The box it came in isn't even big enough to hold a 12V power adapter. I bought this product specifically because of the power adapter that came with it. It's extremely disappointing, they will return it if Kinter decides not to send the power supply.

Nice package good for home audio

Does what it's supposed to and very basic but you can tell it's only 16 watts per channel and while that's enough for many speakers some speakers are quite inefficient and need more to get a reasonable volume. I used it instead of my large stereo receiver with my old speakers to supplement the TV sound. One small issue was that the tv volume control works like a master so I have to turn the tv volume up a bit to get more volume from the kid and the sound mostly comes from the tv. This isn't…

Great for my arcade and great customer support

I bought this speaker to use as an arcade speaker (retro). The sound quality and volume exceeded my requirements, so I was very happy with the product and the price. After about a week the unit wouldn't turn on (AC adapter was off) but decided to contact Kinter before giving 2 stars. here - glad I did; They immediately sent me a brand new device with a power supply! I understand things fail, it's actually okay if it rarely happens, but it does happen, so I'm just glad they supported their…

Great for bookshelf speakers

I picked this up to use with my computer. I have a couple of bookshelf speakers on my desk that I use as studio monitors. I used a 3.5mm to RCA adapter to connect it to my laptop. The sound isn't great, but it's good for the price. I had to tweak it a bit, but it has a range of ups and downs. I think it was more my speakers than the amp. I have the volume at about 75% and after that I just adjust it from my computer. I tried using the command strips and it got loose. I didn't get hot or…

Very utilitarian, run away!

Well it works. That's probably the only pleasant thing I can say. I don't know how it got such positive feedback from others. The MA170+ sounds flat, lifeless, dull, boring, soul sucking and dead. It has almost no bass, very bad mids and very bad highs. I'm not sure if the amp was designed that way or if it was defective. Anyway, he was sent back to Revane. Remember I used the MA170+ in the same room and with the same speakers (rated at 95 decibels per meter per watt) and speaker cables as my…

Good compact stereo amplifier. with 2 concerns.

inexpensive beautiful sound. Looks really nice. (You'll have to get to the innards to turn off the backlight if it bothers you.) I was surprised by a few reviews that suggested the amp suddenly stopped working. To avoid connecting my amp to this group, I found two problem areas: The design uses a single chip to power both channels.1. First, this chip MUST have a heatsink or its lifespan will suffer. The chip dissipates this heat through its backside and must be in close contact with a heatsink…
