disappointed with carburetors

The carburetor did not fit. No reference to appropriate carbohydrates, no paperwork. No contact with the manufacturer! I'm sure Amazon sells the right thing, but I haven't been able to find a way to locate it. Customer service is good as they couldn't help. Very disappointed 😞

Pros
  • Annual trial period
Cons
  • Periodicity

Doesn't fit! But he said he would.

It was a great offer. But he had to come to my tractor! said he would But a bolt circle was too small! It really annoys me when the seller says it will fit but it doesn't. It took a lot to get to the carburetor to tighten it. And not be right.

Pros
  • Great product
Cons
  • Updates

Misassembled

everything fits, hooked up directly to my Ford 640, turned on fuel line and thought everything was ok until the carburettor started leaking into the air valve, it looks like the float is stuck and did close it Valve not when filling the well with fuel, do not disassemble to check, return and just restore the old one.

Pros
  • Hands free kit
Cons
  • Only available in black

Check specs, won't fit 1954 f600

The adjustment screw threads are different from stock, the part that fits directly into the carburetor is also not properly threaded. I can't find the specs on either site to find the correct thread pitch. It is necessary to update the technical specifications in order not to make repeated attempts to repair the tractor. UGH still not working!

Pros
  • Great for small houses
Cons
  • Empty

Wrong thread

When I placed the oil pan on the carb the threads in the carb were not deep enough to properly tighten the banjo bolt so it was leaking. When I tried to tighten it, the threads in the aluminum carb body came loose, so it's unusable now. Is there a solution other than exchange? I used the correct banjo bolt sold for the carburetor and correct oil pan.

Pros
  • GOLS certified
Cons
  • Null

Carburetor and parts perform well

I bought this to replace my Ford 600 carburetor. I figured it would be just a quick screw and done, but the stud bolts weren't spaced far enough apart. I read about it in another review here. And I made sure to check to make sure I got the right one. I have, but the rivets are just out of place, no big deal. I put one in and used some vices to hold the other side in place, I drilled a hole for the carburetor and put in my own bolt and it works great. A slight adjustment of the idle screw was…

Pros
  • Great for me
Cons
  • No instructions
