After 24 hours in the fridge the water smells like strong chlorine worse than tap water before using this product. In general, charcoal is good for this type of use, but this product seems to be too old for use. I will plant it in my garden pots.

The first gallon is perfectly filtered, tastes good. The second gallon still tasted of chlorine even after 24 hours of soaking. I received a very expensive gallon of drinking water from this product.

I was a bit doubtful that this could actually work, but it worked! Compared to the water at home, the water when I travel always tastes so bad that I can't drink it. Thought I'd give this a try so I don't have to buy a lot of bottled water. It works! I will buy more in the future.

I love these Kishu products and my whole family has a habit of stealing all the water I cook with it in the fridge (now I use 3 a day). I love this product and it works a little better than my sister in law's very expensive water system for less than 1/10 the cost. Been using it for over a year, great product!

i want to buy this for all my family members it keeps our water so fresh and clean. The size is perfect for keeping in my purse or in the car. So if I go to a restaurant and order tap water, I can pour it out very quickly. It is a good economical alternative to plastic water filters. They cook it once a month and it lasts 4 months. What don't you like about this idea?

This little piece of charcoal has solved many problems for me and I will be a customer for life. It makes a huge difference in the taste of our tap water, lasts longer and is easier to use than anything else I've tried. The seller even offered me a replacement when the first one broke, which wasn't necessary as it would have been effective anyway. But this attitude towards the customer in our time impresses me a lot. I am grateful and intend to order more.
