The plastic connections are not sealed.

Looks very nice, better than the price paid for it. A serious mistake is associated with the connection to the main water supply. The plug is plastic and the small rubber washer is not enough to prevent the device from leaking. It's not a big leak, but it's constant as long as the water is flowing. This problem is not limited to just one unit. Swapped the exact same faucet for a different faucet and had the same problem. My plumber said it was a manufacturer design flaw. Full refund.

Unfortunately the faucet didn't work

I ordered a faucet and paid a plumber to install it in our new kitchen. After installation, I turned on the faucet and the water pressure was almost zero. Very slow decline. My plumber removed the faucet and checked the water lines and confirmed that there was strong hot and cold pressure in both lines going to the sink faucet. The best ratio of price and quality!

What I liked about this product is the ease of installation. I wish I could make a video to show how easy it is, but of course when I wanted to purchase this item I had to make sure I found it with a real cover plate to cover the other holes in the sink. It was. Of course when I got the parts the old faucet that was originally in the house got cleaned up a bit around the holes and of course the hoses disconnected and the water shut off but then when I went ahead and put everything through the…
