Love love love this purchase! Heats water quickly. Keep her warm and stylish! I'm glad I didn't go with the regular electric pot!

After buying 3 teapots and sending them back I finally settled on this one and am very glad I did. Boils water very quickly, solid body, very good quality and I like its keep warm function. It serves many purposes from coffee to various teas. I love it.

This kettle is an evolution of my last digital kettle and of course of high quality which is reflected in the price. My only comment is that I see no point in keeping the thermometer in the lid along with the 3 1/2 inch probe. It just gets in the way and I don't see the point of it if you have a digital display.

This kettle has worked flawlessly for the weeks I've owned it. Today I noticed that the printed symbols next to each key were smudged. When I touched one of them, it smeared even more, like it was the icing on a cake. For something that fingers get close to in normal use, this shortcoming shows a hilarious lack of testing on the part of the kitchen helper. The iconography of these buttons is a necessary feature, and now I just need to know which buttons do what. Ridiculous.

First Impression: A quality product that works as advertised. Great look for a modern kitchen.
