These scissors are for ants?!?! But seriously, they're ridiculously small, I can barely get my pinky finger into the thinner part of the handle. designed for emerging markets where child labor is used?
They are well done. They come out nice and sharp and with a little oil to protect them (and they came out pristine). Klein makes great tools and they are just so comfortable to hold. I ended up buying another pair so I have one at work and one at home.
These scissors are good for the occasional trimming of fabric but are really impractical for continuous use and long cuts as they are too small for the average hand. raw edges on the handles and none of them were very sharp
These are the best scissors! I originally received a pair for a project that required me to cut special materials. When I got my first pair I found them so good for general use that I have since bought several more pairs and we use them around the house. They are particularly suitable for use in the kitchen!
Strong, sharp, will bite off a finger if careless. Cuts like a knife when opened. And I've used them many times to cut metal frames. And drill small holes in drywall. Oh, and there are two sizes of stripping notches for quickly stripping small wires (22-26 gauge). I've had three pairs in 15 years, always lost, never boring or broken. Low-voltage technology, I have it on my hip or in my arm all day.
I'll keep it short and sweet, these shears suck. The screw in the middle is constantly unscrewed, which makes hand cutting impossible due to the gap between the blades. I accidentally bought them. In my 21-year career, I use scissors every workday. Please use 2100-8 it's my fault and I'm amazed that the same company can make two opposing knives, one sucks and the other one doesn't you know? Good luck and stay blue collar.
I use them as utility scissors. They stay in a small tool bag to take with me when I'm helping friends or family, or just around the house when I don't want to get out my bulky, large, powerful scissors. Although they are not that comfortable just because of the size, despite the handle, I would have no hesitation in using them comfortably on heavier and more strenuous jobs.
