Use this system on my phone holder for my Electraglide. It's great, but be sure to use a string. Random effects destroy your phone.

The core rips these things off of anything and everything I try to stick them to. Tried only the back of the phone. I paid $70 for a Nomad bike mount a month ago and bought more rims to get it working but after that 6th rim and the customization option I'm giving up.

I use this with a Nomad Motorcycle mount for my iPhone. I was afraid that I might fall while driving. Surprised how well it holds up. I've used it on multiple bikes and various iPhones for years, never had a problem. The main thing is that the surface is very clean and dry. I just wipe it down with rubbing alcohol and let it dry completely before installing the disc. Ah, a disadvantage. It doesn't stick well to flexible silicone or rubber cases.
