🧶 Knitter's Pride Karbonz Fixed Circular Needles, 8/5mm, 16-inch: Expert Knitting Tools for Precision and Comfort Review

These are my favorite needles without a doubt. The tips have the right amount of "spikyness" and the carbon shaft has the right amount of slip and glide - not too much and not too little. All connections are smooth and the wire is very flexible. I am currently looking for patterns that require needles of this size!

I love all of the Knitter's Pride Needles lines so I decided to try the Karbonz line. About two weeks ago I bought Karbonz fixed circular knitting needles 8/5 mm, 16 inches. They are good and light, with a metal tip. But immediately the cable came loose at one end from the needle. This happened to me for the first time. in all Knitter's Pride needles, so hopefully only once. Obviously I'm not too happy paying $20.61 for it. I will buy Karbonz again but will try to find them at a lower price.

Knitter's Pride Karbonz are my new favorite knitting needles, at least the sizes 2 and smaller that I've used. I really wanted to love their solid circulars, but they fail for two reasons. First, the cables are soft, even pliable. They still keep their curls longer than I'd like. The blue Addi cables, although more expensive, are almost done with this twist memory.
