While this hook doesn't have the soft grip that I usually like, it is very lightweight and easy to use. I love crocheting multi strand blankets and this is perfect.

The hook was very thick in my hand. This prevented the yarn from sliding as it should. I would think twice before buying this one. The hook size is larger than any 10mm I've seen. The size is closer to a 12mm hook than a 10mm hook made by other big companies. This would complicate sizing templates etc., especially for a beginner. The grip was not very comfortable.

I was glad to get this as my hands are now afflicted with arthritis... Unfortunately the tip of the needle that pushes the yarn through is too blunt and it's difficult to get through the yarn to go . . In my opinion it is not as sharp as it should be. The grip is not bad but a bit thick for my taste. This is more suitable for beginners... The metal part is not very long and does not hold too many yarn loops. Not the easiest crochet hook.
