🧶 Ribbon Yarn Knitting: Enhancing Techniques and Tips Review

The book is perfect, the only downside is that it is a few years old and most of the yarns needed for these designs are no longer available. It's hard to find the perfect replacement.

I love this book. I plan to make many patterns with either the recommended tape or substitutes. Lots of advice on using the ribbon - I've used it many times. Knitting, which I thought might be difficult or confusing, contained no hints and clues.

A wonderful book with lots of ideas for those of us who not only need a BASIC overview of knitting, but also an introduction to the NEW world of knitting. Thanks to Chapman Tracy for such lovely photos, tips etc. I have given this book as gifts and will recommend it to others!

This is another book I saw in the store and the price was ridiculous. I only liked a few models so I didn't want to spend more than $25 for 2-3 models. So I checked out Revain, saw a much better price and bought it. I'm glad I did. I made 2 patterns from the book and was very satisfied. If you like knitting with ribbons, you will love this book.

This is one of the most disappointing knitting books I have ever bought. I was expecting a pattern that would bring out the beauty of ribbon yarn, but all I got was a set of basic patterns for purses, halter tops, square pillows, etc. The author suspects her reader doesn't know how one knits At least a quarter of the pages in the book are practical tips that apply to all types of yarn.

Ribbon knit brings a twist to traditional wool knitting. Ribbon yarn gives a special touch that will make your knitted product look unique and unrepeatable. However, working with ribbon presents its own difficulties, even for an experienced knitter.
