4 ton tradesman grade cable puller featuring a strong alloy body and rugged frame and handle. Also features double locking pawls, forged hook with safety latch, vinyl coated grip and controlled notch at a time release. Aluminum double gear and double pawl. Cable puller has 8,000 pounds capacity.
