I needed this to make sure the system was holding the pressure. I only used 0.5lb and this thing was leaking so badly that at first I thought I'd have to rebuild all the lines I tested. Then I decided to check my setup and found that the pressure gauge was leaking really badly. In the end I sealed all the holes in the case with super glue and baking soda to speed up the installation time. It turned out that the sensor was almost completely covered in glue. This pressure gauge is a perfect match for our steam boiler! I replaced the horrible and inaccurate gauge with 30psi.
