This blending pen lasted about 4 days, breaking even with the slightest pressure. Pay a few dollars more and get Prism Blender Pencils. They can be sharpened to a fine point and will not break.

Yes, that goes together. But it keeps heating up and it's gross. I thought maybe it was old or something and tried two more. No, harsh blackout and warmth. It doesn't even touch on how crumbly. Doesn't have the oiliness of a good blender. Don't worry and just grab a Prisma blender. I love a lot of Koh-I-Noor products but this pencil is terrible. It's worth checking the waste paper every time, that's for sure.

One of these was in a set of 12 tri color pencils I bought. The description that it's multicolored doesn't seem right. There seems to be some difference in points on the leash, but not enough to show a difference. The blender itself works very well with tri-color pens. It doesn't leave a super waxy finish like Prismacolor mixers. It also doesn't feel as greasy when mixed. (The other one might leave more stains if you don't wipe off the crumbs thoroughly.)
