Cannot find this on shelf in my local home stores. They said they could order for me. Hell I have a premiere and I can handle it myself! Please measure yours before ordering. They are available in two different heights.

This replacement filter has an additional elastic foam filter around it. I think the more the merrier. The engine shows no dirt in the oil after 6 years and runs at full power at full load, so I assume the air filter is doing its job. I change every year. I'm glad I have the original Kohler air filter.

Very good product. I've been using them on my lawn mower for 4 years. These are good filters and come with a pre-filter that greatly prevents dust from entering the main filter. Just remember to lubricate the pre-filter with oil and wring it out to remove excess oil. The pre-filter is easy to clean with solvent and reusable. I use a shop vacuum with a post filter on the outside of the filter with a suction mode to keep it clean.

The measurements given in the description are wrong but what I sold had a picture of the top of the filter, had the correct part number and was also the current date of manufacture. It came in Kohler packaging just like my OEM filter. The only difference was the outer strap, normal metal, this one is plastic. The paper filter mesh appears to have the same number of pleats (I did NOT count them all by pinching about an inch). I'll know how well it works as the ground thaws/dries up. By the way…
