Inner spout

You have a ring inside, if you loosen it, be careful, it can fall out and it's almost impossible to get it back, it took me several hours.

Pros
  • Very good price
Cons
  • The list is getting long.

Received a polished nickel

Complete set does not match the description. Ordered polished chrome and got brushed nickel. High quality product. I'm going back because I don't want to order and receive the same thing.

Great tub spout: Mixer Parts

This is so neat. Better design prevents water from running back to the wall. Facilitates cleaning of the bathroom area. Great price and very practical. I highly recommend it. Great Kohler product.

Great product best faucet parts

1 problem, had to call a plumber to replace the pipe to install this spout! It must be mounted on a 1/2" pipe with a threaded end. The threaded adapters on the end are too wide for this spout. And the pipe coming out of the wall is longer than the middle pipe.

Pros
  • Easy to install
Cons
  • flimsy

Beautifies our bathroom.

Very nice. In terms of quality and heavy metal, not cheap like the rest. You can feel the quality in your hands. It was very easy to install. We removed the existing threaded pipe and replaced it with a new coupler we bought from a home store and a small piece of copper that it actually slipped onto.

Nice check the specs for compatibility

So something to know. It has slip and tread applications. If you require threading, be sure to loosen the hex head screw below, the rosette on the fastener will fall out exposing the thread. Also check the measurement of the copper pipe from the wall. I think you need at least 4.5 inches. If there's a gap, look for the baseplate and you should be good! This is a nice item for the price. Tomorrow I will try to add a photo after the substrate has arrived.

Pros
  • Nice packaging
Cons
  • old

It's also simple and pretty.

I don't like working with plumbers but I know how. I bought this spout to replace an unbranded metal spout that looked really bad both in terms of styling and chrome plate failure. My old spout was screwed on so I unscrewed it. The existing nipple was too short for this spout, so I took it off and bought a nipple 1 inch longer. Then I take everything back. No problem. There are no leaks because I used "Plumber 101" elemental skills. If you don't have this basic knowledge, just hire a plumber…

Pros
  • Good product for the price
Cons
  • No machine

Nice.Nice.Nice Best in Faucet Parts

High quality spout shiny heavy nice.nice.nice. HOWEVER, you MUST leave at least 4.5" 1/2" copper protruding from the wall to attach it. I had to sweat an extra 2 inches to the plug coming out of the wall to install it. I've found that rotating the spout about 90 degrees (hex head screw out of the way) makes it easier to move the spout. Then turn it to its final position (hex locking screw points down) and tighten the locking screw. The spout throws about 1 inch of water into your tub, enough…

  • Nice to use

Very Good Quality - Sink & Bath Spout

This is a well made spout that is heavy to the touch. Much better than the thin and light spout it replaced. I really like how it quietly pours water further into the tub as opposed to the louder slosh of the standard 90 degree spout that sprays water all over the tub overflow. I have replaced 3 spill caps due to rust so I won't be replacing them anytime soon. As he arched further into the tub, I almost expected to kick him as I climbed out of the tub, but so far that hasn't happened. on which…
