Hire a plumber who can read and you won't need it! Lol

Worked for my app. My plumber didn't read the instructions for the shower head. Roughly speaking, installed at the wrong depth, I had to get this to fix the problem.

Pros
  • Easy to use
Cons
  • Somewhat wrinkled

Very good product and well priced

We updated our 18 year old bathroom with Kohler products. Do you need this adapter for a newly tiled shower room. It fit perfectly and was delivered in a very timely manner. Very good product and good value.

Pros
  • Pleasant to use
Cons
  • I won't say anything

My contractor didn't measure the plumbing well, so my shower was a Kohler.

This helps when the roughing is too fine. My contractor didn't measure the plumbing very well, so my Kohler shower rod couldn't reach the wall to screw it on. Instead of ruining my tiler's good job, I found this kit with a shorter power supply. Did the trick.

Pros
  • Excellent overall performance
Cons
  • Quality

Expensive and you only need the lower extension

So I think the only valuable part in the kit is the bypass valve extension (chrome part). It costs $5 at best and should come standard for $300 plus the cost of the rail. This flattens the stem assembly due to the flat elbow at the top. I ended up using the original power supply as it is longer and goes deeper into the fixture (safer, less risk of leakage).

Pros
  • Stylish and modern design
Cons
  • Big and bulky

Works on flush-to-wall tubular shower enclosure

This product and Revain get 5 stars for allowing me to install the shower system I wanted in my renovated bathroom. Other than that, I would give Kohler -0- stars. I spent over $1,000 on a water valve, rainfall shower head, hand held shower head and hose (all sold separately from Kohler) and when it came time to install the water valve I had to find this part to make it work (got it in less than 24 hours thanks to Revain). The hydrorail alone was over $450 so I expect that part to be included…

Pros
  • Excellent price
Cons
  • There are other interesting options.
