Excellent water flow is best on faucet parts

It was about 4 times the price of a regular aerator but the water flow is excellent. I'm glad I bought this after my fairly old aerator fell apart. I bought a new low flow laminar diffuser but the flow was too low. This is the best inline mixer I've ever had and I love laminar flow, it's much nicer than aerated flow.

Pros
  • Certified
Cons
  • I have no real complaints about it, everything is fine

Full flow, no splashing.

Amazeballs! Fills you up, sinks at the same time as without an aerator, but does not splash. The aerator that came with the unit limits the flow by 60% and the hot water lasted forever. If you want to use less water, don't turn it on all the way. Much better, I have my own life and don't want to wait five minutes for hot water.

  • Few competitors

Well, it worked for a while.

What a cool valve while it works! This caused a hard "stick" of falling water that swirled hard and tight. This would actually result in the water spinning and swirling as it "landed" in any pot, bowl or sink, adding cleaning power and filling. Unfortunately, after about 2 weeks it started to spatter like a fan at the edges. They now have a 2.2 GPM aerator (Koehler) and it's been fantastic for weeks.

Pros
  • Brings joy
Cons
  • Reliability

The water jet looks very cool but splashes a lot.

A solid stream of water looks very cool, like a glass wand from a faucet. Although it squirts a lot less than an uncontrolled flow, it squirts A LOT compared to an aerator. If you have a deep sink and are doing everything below your counter level, that's fine, but if you're doing anything above counter level, a lot of spills will end up on your counter unless you keep the flow very low.

Pros
  • Great for a small home
Cons
  • Ugly packaging

Bought a home with a water heater and found the kitchen faucet wasn't flowing enough to keep the heater running hot. They removed the faucet aerator and suddenly we had hot water. I found this aerator on the internet and bought it. Now the flow at the faucet is smooth and controlled and we are still getting hot water. If you have a water heater and a faucet that doesn't always produce hot water, try one of these aerators. Low cost, easy installation and hot water solution!

Perfect replacement for a homeowner who is in control of water

We have a 0.5 GPM adapter that has been clogged over the last few years due to hard water. We cleared it with CLR, which works, but slowly messed up the latter to the point where it took several minutes to fill our Keurig water tank. Utilities are included in our rent and the lease states that we are responsible for servicing all small items under $50. Well, for a few dollars each, we now have excellent water pressure in the kitchen and both bathrooms. Now I can clean my razor properly and fill

Cons
  • Expensive

Low flow can be a good idea for toilets

Do you use the faucet in the kitchen or laundry room to fill things with water? Does your EPA EcoSense Low Flow certified faucet drive you crazy because it was designed by people who NEVER use a faucet to fill water? If yes, then this is what you need. It delivers as much water as your faucet and water pressure will allow. However, be aware that if you use the sink primarily to wash your hands, it is wasteful and creates a lot of splashes. On the other hand, you can always leave the taps fully…

Pros
  • Decent performance
Cons
  • Minor issues
