I liked almost every feature of this luggage rack as I was looking for a lightweight rack with wheels and a telescopic push/pull handle. The only problem is that the handle doesn't protrude far enough to reach comfortably. I'm 5'6", so I would have to crouch to reach the telescoping handle, but the shoulder strap works to pull it without leaning forward. All in all, this is a beautifully designed and well-made carrier, that has the qualities I was looking for in my cat.

I am an elderly person with spinal stenosis and getting my large diabetic cat to the vet has been a challenge. I find it much easier to carry him on my back in this stroller. It's a bit harder to put in a soft carrier than a hard one because the sides don't hold up. I also wish the handle folded lower for easier boarding in the front seat. Pretty good holder for the price. I like that the holder can be easily removed from the base. The padding inside is quite hard, but it can be removed for washing, which is necessary from time to time. In any case, I use an additional, softer pad for long tours. I had to deduct a star because the handle on my rack is difficult to fully extend and will not articulate to the correct pull height unless fully extended.
