Filter works very well. I like the design as the filter is separate from the water tank. Fast filtration and glass jugs are much nicer than a plastic jug. EDIT: The canister leaks when the valve is closed. The fast filtering I reported was caused by an incorrect filter setting. I found my mistake with the 2nd filter and the filtering is much slower. This is a great product that has already saved us over $25 on bottled water. Received this product about 1 week ago and followed the directions for use. I used to buy bottled water from the grocery store every week, but this product saved us about $25 a week by not having to buy bottled water. Delighted! I was looking for a glass water filtration system that was simple and really worked. After flipping through and looking at a few, yes there aren't many, I settled on this one from KOR. Nice design, cheap version. I was so excited to receive this. I was looking for a jug filter that combines glass, aesthetics, quality and functionality. It's not, and it's very sad because it could have been perfect. The design is great, simple, easy to set up and clean and looks great.
